General Rules

1. We are not responsible for accident, injury or damage to you, your horse, your pet or any other personal property while on the campground premises. A signed release form will be required upon arrival for each person in your party.
2. We reserve the right to refuse any entry.
3. Illegal drugs are prohibited.
4. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
5. Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
6. Check-in is 2:00 p.m. and later. Checkout is 12:00 p.m. You may request late checkout if your campsite is available. If your site is not available, you may request to park in a designated area.
7. Late arrivals (after 9:00 pm): please park at the unloading area, shut off engine, proceed to the office and complete the check in process. Quietly stall your horses-wait until 7 a.m. to proceed to your designated campsite. NO ARRIVALS AFTER 10 P.M.
8. Camp in designated sites ONLY.
9. Observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
10. No loud music that disturbs other campers.
11. Dogs must be kept on a leash and not be left unattended. Dogs are not allowed in the bathhouse or the office.
12. Fires Should:
    1. Only be built in grills provided
    2. Be kept to a reasonable and safe size
    3. Never be left unattended
    4. Be extinguished at the end of your stay
13. Deposit all garbage in dumpster provided.
14. Discharging of gray or black water at the campsite is prohibited. Use the dump station provided near the office.

Dog Rules

1. No matter what size dog or how well behaved, it must be on a leash, in a pen, or in the clients trailer at all times.
2. If the dog is tied up at the campsite, the line must be short enough to keep the dog off the adjoining campsite.
3. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs.
4. Aggressive dogs are not allowed on the property.
5. Absolutely, no dogs allowed in the bathhouse or office.

Barn and Stock Rules

1. Valid proof of negative Coggins required(within 12 months).
2. Stallions prohibited.
3. Smoking, lanterns, and open flames prohibited in barn.
4. Stall lighting provided. Please keep lights off when not in use.
5. No hay bedding.
6. One horse per stall.
7. Please remove all shavings from the stall at the end of your stay. Deposit all waste and soiled bedding in the designated area.
8. No horses are allowed in the campsites, except for saddling only.
9. Do not hitch horses to spigots, fences or trees.
10. Do no deposit horse manure from trailers in the campsite area, driveways, or parking lot.

Cabin Rules

1. Check in time is 2:00p.m. Check out time is 12:00 a.m. Please ask about early check-in.
2. No smoking inside the cabin - you may smoke on the front or back porches or outside.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS INSIDE THE CABIN - THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
4. Our cabin is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, TV with DVD player and satellite. Please treat these appliances with care.
5. A phone line is provided for your convenience - cell phones rarely work in this area.
6. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
7. Laundry facilities are provided for your convenience and are accessible from the back porch.
8. Please do not put wet clothes or towels on the wood floors or furniture - they will damage the natural wood.
9. Take care to close windows on walls not protected by porches before leaving to prevent damage from sudden thunder storms.
10. Before Leaving:
    1. Make sure all dishes are clean and put away - you may leave clean dishes in the dishwasher.
    2. Put all used linens and towels in the shower on the first floor.
    3. Please lock the doors and leave the keys in the binder.
